While exploring modern art and the other movements that tie into it, I applied experimentation to try new strategies, new methods, and eras of design to create an infographic and a poster about space. Particularly, the life cycle of a star in the red infographic, which the Swiss Style inspired. It covers the entirety of the life cycle and was my final submission. However, I further experimented and created a poster alongside it that wasn’t necessary for my submission. I was inspired by war posters that encourage civilians to buy war bonds, and converted that concept into a modern idea that brought along a comedic line: “Buy Space Bonds.”
